Delivery cost is set at a flat rate of $5.00. Currently, we offer free shipping with no minimum purchase. Free shipping is for a limited time only.

Orders will take 3 working days to be delivered. Delivery may take longer during major sale periods.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, kindly bring the product (in its original condition without being used and in its original packaging) to our outlet:

  • 1-to-1 exchange (with available stock) is only valid for the first 7 days after receipt of purchase. We will not accept any exchange thereafter. If stock is unavailable, we will exchange with another product of the same value.
  • We do not provide refund.
